Al with any questions and confirmation of attendance.
To gain weather info before going firm on plans, all outdoor sessions are
emailed to members during the week prior to the training event. Just get in touch and you can be added to the email list

Swim - Group swim sessions take place at Wattisham when a lifeguard and/or
Coach is available. An email will be sent out confirming the date and time of these sessions.
|
Bike - These sessions are arranged ad-hoc by group members or sometimes
take place at Wattisham after a swim on a Sunday. Emails tend to be sent out by group members advertising when they
are going for a ride.
|
Run - Most run training is carried out as individuals as the benefits of cycling
over running, however, bike/run brick sessions are carried out in groups.
